Resident Care

We have trained staff on-site at all times. Our care is intimate and highly individualized to address the personalized needs of each of our residents. We provide three nutritional-based meals with snacks in between, laundry services, housekeeping, and assistance with bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, and ambulating as needed, and medication assistance.

Care is What We Do

The unique and understanding approach we call Central Integral Care System (CICS) allows us to provide individualized care to every resident from the moment they arrive at Tayler’s Sanctuary. This approach allows team members to share information that makes sure that every resident’s needs are being met at the highest level. Tracking this approach allows our team members to make changes to individualized care plans so that every resident’s needs are being met at all times.

Taking Service to the Next Level

Transportation services allow our residents to maintain a certain level of independence. They can safely travel to nearby destinations such as doctors’ offices, shopping centers, hair salons, barbershops, and restaurants.

Our transportation service allows our support team to plan fun and exciting outings for our residents.

There is always something to do at Tayler’s Sanctuary. Some examples of activities we offer at our senior living community include:

We encourage our resident’s physicians and healthcare professionals to talk to us. We believe teamwork consists of the medical professional, family members, the resident, and our caregivers.

Tayler’s Sanctuary takes the importance of medication with the highest priority possible. We have a securely locked and refrigerated area dedicated to storing each resident’s medicine. This approach gives us the ability to provide medication in a timely and desired manner consistent with the medical professional’s instructions.

Technology

Each resident has access to a computer, telephone line. Additionally, each resident has access to mobile medical providers, such as; licensed nurses, medical doctors, and podiatry available, digital cable television services.

Additional Care

Our services are based on the personalized needs of each resident.  We take security very seriously here at Tayler’s Sanctuary. The home is equipped with a State of the Art security system. Additionally, each resident is provided a panic button to gain immediate access to our team for help 24 hours a day. Our residents are highly supervised in every area, including the outside yard.

Overall Level of Care Needed
  • Level One — Low level of care.
